Definition Change

My First Definition of Educational Technology:

Educational Technology: The application of educational theories with the use of electrical apparatus designed to assist in the building of knowledge of an individual.

After reading Reiser's Articles that definition changed somewhat:

Educational Technology: The creation, application and analysis of educational theories with the use technological resources designed to assist in the building of knowledge of an individual.
